Here’s a three-pointer to open your mind.

Dreams

One day when I was young I didn’t feel good, so I didn’t go to school. I went to work with my dad instead. It was around the time I was becoming obsessed with reading and writing.

That day, I completed a “book” I’d been working on.

My dad brought me around to his co-workers to show it off. I remember feeling so proud. It was a meaningful day. It deepened my love of writing.

Because of moments like that, and the fact that I’m insane, I’m convinced I can make a living off of writing about things that fascinate me.

So…

I’m going to introduce paid options for this publication at some point.

There will still be the free articles every week as I’ve been doing it; the majority of my work will always be free.

But it’s my dream to be able to do this full time. And that requires an income.

When I make these options available, it will be a solid investment for you, because it will be an investment in your mind. And the quality of your mind is the quality of your life.

In the future, this is how I will outline the 2 types of paid subscriptions:

Three Point Patron

This’ll be the more expensive option. (Price TBD$)

If you become a Three Point Patron you’ll be central to my considerations.

Your support will allow me to keep this publication independent and pursue writing full-time.

The value you receive in return will include all the benefits of a normal paid subscriber (see below), and the option for a one-on-one call every month. I’m open to suggestions, so if there’s something you would like to see on Three Pointers, I’ll do my best to showcase it.

Thanks to my mom being a teacher, I’ve read a weird amount of books in my life (and continue to). And thanks to my dad’s genetics, I’m deeply curious, so I obsessively listen to long, in-depth podcasts.

If you’re reading this, you’re likely an intelligent individual. You have a busy schedule. You don’t have the time or energy for so many books or podcasts.

But due to my unique circumstances, I have had the time to slug through page after page, 3 hour conversation after 3 hour conversation.
