My name is Jeff Sullivan, and I’m from Worcester, Massachusetts. I double majored in Communication and Spanish at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, graduating in 2023. I later earned a DELE C1 advanced Spanish language diploma from Instituto Cervantes. More than anything, I’m an autodidact drawn to philosophy. Today, I work in technology sales at athenahealth and am based in Austin, Texas.
I love reading, writing, lifting weights, learning languages, getting goosebumps from beautiful music, hitting tough shots in people’s faces on the basketball court, enjoying espresso before sunrise with pen and paper, traveling to foreign countries, obsessively asking questions to AI, drinking Moscow mules, laughing until my stomach hurts with friends, watching movies with my girlfriend, feeling infinite love from my family, and being in awe at the absurdity of it all.
This blog and podcast are for wisdom seekers who are curious about life’s big questions around truth, meaning, and what makes up the good life.
My posting cadence is as follows:
Tuesdays: essays
Thursdays: Three Point Thursdays (curation pieces)
Sundays: Solo podcasts
