As someone who grew up speaking Spanish at home, I've found a peace in using another language while parsing English Experience. Tends to slow things down and makes moments even more savory.
This is a profound consideration El Jefe! But it makes sense that adding another language, which essentially is like introducing another witness state, would be transformative. Makes me wonder if you kept adding enough languages if you'd by-pass the need for any other mindfulness practices. : )
