This speaks to me. I’m living this to the best of my ability, though it’s a constant battle. The world needs real men, not weak and sensitive asexual nice guys.
One thing I struggle with is video games. I’ve loved them since I was a kid. I don’t play nearly as much anymore but I honestly think there is some value there, if done in moderation. Some games are truly works of art, or at the very least, damn good fun.
Thank you Grant, I’m glad to know that. And I agree that some video games are truly works of art. Minecraft, Warzone, and Sid Meier’s Civilization come to mind.
Interesting. Those guys are truly jacked. In my mind, the nerd part was the most important (intelligence), and the jack part was secondary (being fit is enough). With that in mind, my list includes Andrew Huberman, Tim Ferriss, Lex Fridman, John Danaher, Renee Gracie (those last 3 are BJJ athletes/heroes).
I also would include fictional characters as I believe stories are just as informative and motivating as real life, if not more so: odysseus, Tony Stark, Bruce Wayne, Tyler Durden, Morpheus, Aragorn (those last three may be just wise as opposed to intelligent).

I also consider Minecraft to be a paintbrush— allowing people to create all kinds of art themselves.
Who are some role models that exemplify The Jacked Nerd Manifesto?
Yes, absolutely. Classic. And to your question, Jocko Willink and Alex Hormozi are some big ones.

Thoughts?
This is funny, because I totally agree with everything you said in this message. Seriously.
If this is a parody, it's quite good.
I laughed much while writing it, because some of it is funny. That said, these are legitimate principles of my lifestyle.
A parody of what?
